These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website retrogame-emulator.com (the “Website”) and the Retro Game Emulator Android application available on Google Play (the “App”), operated by Home. (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Website or installing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the App.
1. Description of the Service
The Website provides information about the App, guides, news and blog articles related to retro gaming and Game Boy Advance emulation. The App is a Game Boy Advance emulator that allows users to run legally-owned GBA ROM files on Android devices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Website and the App. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License to Use

4. ROM and Copyright Disclaimer

We do not encourage or condone piracy. To play a commercial GBA title you should own a physical copy of the original cartridge or otherwise hold a valid license.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Sega, Sony or any other manufacturer.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Website or App for any illegal purpose;

- Disrupt or interfere with the Website’s servers, security or any other user’s access;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Website without our written permission;
